Dude, Kolaches are here. I went to the shop a few weeks back and they blew my mind. I will blog about them soon.
Kolache question: To you, an experienced consumer of kolaches, what are considered the 'true' kolaches, the fruit kolaches or those with sausage or ham or whatever in them? I have only had the non-fruities, but a girl I worked with, who has a czech background claims that the fruit kolaches are the real ones. Next time you are in town, we will go there.
