Don't go see Year of the Dog

I saw Year of the Dog last night and I still don't know what the hell.

But it's approved by PETA...

Here's the thing, I think it had the opposite effect. It showed that choosing a vegan lifestyle and fighting for animal rights will turn you into a crazy nut.

It was bizarre...but its one I still think about.

On the IMDB someone commented

"I recently went to see this 'dog' of a movie..."

What a clever pun!

To add to that:
"...it seemed like it lasted a YEAR."

"year of the dog"

is what I would label the dating life of one of my friends this last year

Don't go see Shrek 3

I liked it. I really did. But, I saw it free and Mike White spoke to the audience afterwards, which was a dream come true, explained something about it and talked about everyones favorite love muffin, Jack Black.

shrek three was my favorite movie of the last like 2 years. except for garden state. which came out a while ago, but i just saw it.

Watch Garden State again. I've never been as annoyed with a movie as I was with my second go-round of Garden State.

I think I was initially fooled by the well-executed soundtrack.

Sherpa- Did he explain the movie? It had some funny parts, but it didn't seem like anything was learned, accomplished or happened. And I don't think I'm all that dull. Enlighten.

Yeah, he did. I don't think I would've necessarily gotten it if he didn't explain it. In the main characters life, everyone in her life are obsessed (in love with) with something. The brother and his wife are in love with their kids, Saarsgard-Dogs, Reilly-hunting. What it is is the discovery of the main character's obsession. She loves animals.
